Andrew Gibbons - Managing Director
After qualifying with a Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering from Nottingham University, Andrew worked in the precision engineering sector before moving on to Management Consultancy. He worked for the Rank Organisation and Pera for 10 years, before forming MRM Solutions. Andrew's core management skills are in building an effective team, forging consensus between disparate stakeholders, driving projects forward and problem solving.
Tina Gibbons - Marketing and Commercial
Tina Gibbons, brings creative and problem-solving skills to the business. She is a professional marketer and worked as product group manager within the FMCG market before working in consultancy. Tina has a degree in Economics from Manchester University.
John Swire - Researcher
Having joined MRM Solutions at the beginning of 2002, John performs much of the general purpose research and report writing which underpins MRM Solutions activities. After graduating from the University of York in Economic History, John worked for two years for a design agency. His key skills are an ability to quickly summarise the implications of complex data, an accessible, direct writing style and a good grasp of the use of the internet and its underlying technologies.
